When she first started drawing, Deja started off with creating little doodles in the corners of her
class notes in sixth grade and eventually flourished into a freelance artist that creates at her
own pace. She loves experimenting with all art mediums, no matter how tedious they may
seem, but her overall favorite way to express herself is by drawing with a pencil and paper or
writing stories. She is a jack-of-all-trades with multiple interests such as styling clothes, doing
makeup and nails, writing poetry, and creating ceramic pieces. Aside from drawing, she also
loves to write stories and is currently working on drafting up a personal story that is meant to
assist those who may be struggling with anxiety and depression. When she leaves college, she
is interested in going into the animation field, becoming a paid freelance artist that does art
commissions, and maybe writing more stories on the side.
